These shapes are great for introducing students to concept of 3-D shapes. They are something tactile that students are able to touch and visualize when completing work.

To the left is a screen shot of a video sing-a-long that teaches students about place value up to the hundreds place. It could be a very useful tool when first introducing students to the hundreds place value. The site has a lot of other great sing-a-longs that can be used to hook students in at the beginning of math block.

This is a screen shot of a page that I found on Smart Exchange. It does a great job of introduces equivalent fractions to students giving real life examples and progressing. SmartBoard activities can be an interactive way to get students involved in learning math.

This is a screen shot of the game called Flying High. The game tests individual students ability to compute multiplication quickly in a fun way. The plane gets damaged whenever it hits the wrong answer. It is a fun way for students to practice their mental math. Students have the option to choose the factorials they are tested on prior to the start of the game.
